We can include advertising, selection, interviewing and outplacement and the provision of both permanent and short or long-term contract staff. The level of client involvement in the selection process is totally flexible and Prime Recruitment can organise and provide off-site interviewing facilities where required.

Once a CV is entered into our database we use some of the latest computer systems available to keep the records of our clients and applicants up-to-date. All the information is retrievable almost instantaneously, allowing us to give a rapid and accurate response to requirements.
We are very proud of our record of keeping clients and applicants aware of our activity on their behalf and our undertaking to only submit applicants to clients after we have discussed the relevant vacancy details with them.
